2. All references to “Taxi or complimentary transfers” are only applicable to customers living within the catchment area of a Premier Travel branch. Please refer to the branch list to locate your local branch.

All charges are subject to the final confirmation on the Tour Operator’s invoice. Errors and omissions are excepted. Any child discounts are subject to the correct age being given as at the last date of the holiday.

It is a condition of booking with every tour operator that you have adequate travel insurance cover. Such insurance will ensure that you are properly covered against unexpected cancellation charges, medical expenses that might be incurred while you're away, loss of money or belongings, or personal liability claims. Premier Travel will be pleased to arrange travel insurance at the time of booking, although you are free to arrange your own cover. Correct ages must be given at the time of booking in order that the correct rates can be applied to children and/or senior citizens.

On overseas arrangements, all clients must be in possession of a full 10-year passport. Premier Travel must be advised at the time of booking if you are not travelling on a British passport.

All family names, titles and initials of those travelling must be correctly given at the time of booking. Any changes made after confirming a booking are likely to attract extra charges.
